At the Center: Conversations on Women, Gender & Global Change

At the Center is a public conversation series of Howard University's Center for Women, Gender and Global Leadership (CWGGL). Bringing together scholars, policymakers, practitioners, activists, artists, and leaders from around the world, the series creates space for thoughtful dialogue on pressing issues related to women, gender, power, and global change.

Through fireside chats, panel discussions, and virtual conversations, At the Center explores the political, economic, social, technological, and cultural forces shaping our communities. Rooted in Howard University's tradition of intellectual inquiry and public engagement, the series connects research, policy, and lived experience, bringing diverse perspectives into conversation across the United States, the African diaspora, and the wider world.
